If you need to return all or any items you have 14 days from the date received.
Returned items must be as new, unworn, with tags in their original position. Goods are returned at your cost, so for security email a copy of the tracking number when you ship back your order. Email your tracking number to: email@example.com. Further instructions are below.
Shoes: Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Returned shoes will not be accepted with scuffs or wear on the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.
You may also bring your return into store for a full refund.
Please note, we do not refund delivery costs.

All paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as "returned goods - no commercial value" to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges.
