Daniel has been hand-throwing pots for egg since he left Harrow college. His work has always been simple, functional and beautiful. His new pieces for egg continue a favourite theme, creating sets and nests of bowls and dishes in plain porcelain. His work is both utilitarian and sensual –comforting to hold and use. Daniel’s new work in simply glazed in off white and the palest cool celadon – impressive large scale bowls and small cups to hold in the hand.
