Delivery

Shipping within the United Kingdom £10 (1-2 days delivery)
Shipping within the EU £20 (up to 5 days delivery)
Shipping outside of the EU £50  (up to 10 days delivery)

We aim to dispatch all orders placed online within 2 working days.

Unfortunately we have limited control over deliveries to you and occasionally delays do occur. The above timescales are indicative but not guaranteed.

For all orders delivered outside of the EU, please be aware that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. For more information see ‘pricing and payment’.

Returns

You may return products ordered on the eggtrading.com website within 14 days of delivery, providing that they are in their original, unworn, resaleable condition.

In order to process a return, you must package the relevant item(s) along with the returns slip to: egg, 36 Kinnerton Street, London SW1X 8ES England.  Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

We will refund or exchange returned items, however we can only exchange for the same item in a different size or colour, providing the cost of the item is the same.

We do not currently offer any exchange or refund for products purchased in the egg shop via the eggtrading.com website.
 

Bespoke items

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customised items unless the product is faulty or not as described.
